You don’t need to binge-watch when you could be building your future. 3. If your hometown keeps seeing you as the old version of you, it might be time to bounce. Sometimes you grow faster away from comfort. 4. I know it sounds cheesy, but gratitude works. Helps you stay grounded, even when things aren’t going your way. 5. Keep things simple. Stack small wins. And outwork people behind closed doors. 6. Learn something new every week—about football, mindset, or just how to be sharper. 7. Everyone’s got opinions. Most of them don’t matter. Trust yourself and do your thing. 8. Say no more often. Protect your time. Unless it’s about getting on the pitch—that’s always a yes. 9. Invest in yourself. Your game, your health, your mind. That’s the real flex. 10. Make fewer decisions. Have a routine so you’ve got more energy to dominate. 11. Build a solid circle. People who push you, not just hype you up. 12. Trust your gut. Especially during games. Overthinking kills creativity. 13. Ask questions. Even the “dumb” ones. That’s how you grow. 14. Get 1% better every day. It doesn’t sound like much—but it stacks fast. 15. Read. Watch clips. Study players. The best ballers are students of the game. 16. Don’t buy stuff to impress people. Invest in things that actually help your game. 17. You don’t have to do it all alone. Find mentors. Find coaches. Learn to let people help. 18. Put the phone down sometimes. Go juggle. Go touch grass. Let your mind reset. Juggling course wk1 day2&3
I am writing both together to adress that the last drill vid on day 2 is actually on day 3 Apart from that day 2 felt a bit tougher as I kept struggling with my left 🦵 For day 3 😁 I did 3 sets of 15 juggles each also struggled a lot with my left leg 🦵 (Help me) STAY HARD!!!!!

Good catch, bro! I’ve updated it in the classroom. 🙌 Most players are better with their strong foot, and once we get comfortable with it, we tend to use it more and more because it’s easier. But it doesn’t set you apart from other players. It’s totally normal at the beginning, but if you stick with it and complete the 21 days, you’ll notice your left foot getting much stronger—and you’ll feel the control. Tip: Don’t stress if you can’t hit the numbers with your weak foot. Keep going, and you’ll see it start to click naturally over time. 👍 Congrats on showing up and smashing the challenge! 💪⚽️

@Siddhant Dwivedi Yes, that's okay! It's always okay to have a rest day or focus on other important things. What matters most is that you get back on it the following day and don't have too many gaps in your workouts. STAY HARD!!!

You’ll fall to the level of your training. We all get hyped thinking about what we want — but on the pitch, under pressure, when you're tired, you don’t magically level up to meet your dreams. You fall back to whatever you’ve repeated in training. That’s your real level. If your touch is inconsistent in training, it’ll fall apart in games. If your mindset is lazy in practice, it’ll break under pressure. If your standards in drills are sloppy, your performance will be too. So instead of only visualising the dream — start raising the level of your daily habits. Build that under-pressure version of yourself in silence. It’s not about doing more — it’s about doing it better. Every juggle. Every rep. Every detail. That’s what creates confidence — and that’s what shows up on game day.

Totally 🔥🔥🔥 Did the first session took me 16min Tried juggling after it and let me tell you i got much better from the first day itself as I used to struggle in left foot but now it's more relaxed and fluid STAY HARD!!!!!!!
