I’ve been thinking through picking a niche I’m trying to decide between Self Employed or Investors. Mine has been first time home buyers for a long time my entire process is built for them but I’m burned out in them and especially the extra long sales cycle. I’m late to the party on DSCR loans I’m Closing my first one this week. I like them Pros for DSCR for me is repeat business and being able to do them in multiple states without a license . With self employed I have more skill. Would love to hear feedback from the group.
