Okay so this week in the community we're starting something new, getting to know our nervous system a bit. Basically, your body runs on two settings, and nobody ever really asks you which one you want. Alarm mode is the racing heart, the tight jaw, being ready to snap at absolutely anything. Rest mode is when you can actually breathe and feel like yourself again. Alarm mode isn't bad, we need it, we just don't want to live there. And a lot of us do lately, ageing parents, an empty house, everything changing at once, no wonder you feel wired half the time. This week I just want you noticing which setting you're in, that's it, nothing to fix yet, just notice. I made you something to help with that, The Nervous System Check In, it walks you through what your body's been telling you, what you've been feeling, what you do when it gets to be too much, and what actually helps bring you back to rest mode. 📝⭐You can download the pdf worksheet and do your own assessment 👇💌Tell me in the comments, alarm or rest, which one are you in right now.
