Hey guys help me to get my hair smooth and silky when it is dry It would often get freezy after few hours of wash help me to get ride of it

I guys u recently know my hairstyle it was a wavy wet look but I have a problem.The wet look will only remain for an hour or halfof an hour. Could u guys help me to hold it all day.and I am applying it on my wet hair to hold but it is not holding.so give me any idea about it.
