I wanted to ask the group another question. Do you guys use a call center for inbound leads? I was thinking of something like Pat Live or Reception 24/7 to answer the phones to book the assessment. I know that no one can sell the assessment as well as me right now but curious if you guys have seen any results or best practices. Thanks

This is my first 'official' first week. I spent $112 on Thumbtack. Finished two jobs and gross $650 so far. I have another bigger job tomorrow with the same home owner as today. This is going to gross $1050 for the week. I know I am probably not the most expensive guy out there but I know I am not the cheapest. I want to be fair and push Google reviews. My goal for next month is to be $2,000 gross per week. Question for the group. How are you guys calculating your hours? do you include travel time? I am trying to document early so I can have SOPs done for when I grow a little bit. Thank you to everyone in this community. After this weekend, I want to start doing weekly calls of some sort, gotta figure out how it works through skool But I think it would be beneficial for all of us so we can continue to grow & learn together in this business, taking suggestions, answering questions & just hanging out Would this be something you would find helpful?

Big weekend ahead, we got contracted to handle a two day food fest with two additional employees this weekend where we will be handling all of the trash at the event Simple procedure, 2 people on ground walking the perimeter & checking trash cans, when full, they empty & tie off the bag & set it beside the trash can & they put a new bag in there to prevent over flowing of trash We will be driving around on golf carts picking up the tied off bags & delivering them to a dumpster on site, keep the event clean 🧼 Total job: $2300 - should be a fun two days of valet trash! 🚮
