Morning... Was listening to some things online about listings and whats going on in the market with average agents and how they present their listings to the market. Most buyers appreciate this and it will help you stand out because most don't do this 1. Your photos should walk them through the home in sequence like how youy would walk from front door to to the back to upstairs. Not your favorite pictures first. 2. You need to have a floor plan of some sort 3. Some sort of a video walk through 4. Staged and/or at least decluttered and depersonalized 5. Clean 6. No fragrances (get rid of the cancer causing plug-ins that give some of us sensitive humans allergies) 7. Information on the neighborhood. What else would you include?
