HOW ABOUT YOU MAKE PEACE WITH EVERYTHING
Hi beautiful souls I wanna question something that I am feeling so much at the moment, because everywhere I look is this idea that you need to transform, heal, change and become someone new. Like there is something wrong with who you are at this very moment. Honestly most therapists and health coaches seem to be leading you into more frustration, lack, low self esteem and a feeling that you need their help to fix something. But let me ask you… How do you feel? What about just feeling good … right now? Yes, you might want certain things about yourself to be different but how about instead of rejecting those feelings those emotions, those past events .. how about making peace with everything about yourself. How about simply loving all parts of yourself that make you who you are.. What do you think that would do for you? Because if you ask me feeling good right now doesn't need to be a complicated journey, not feeling good is a sign that we have simply been thrown out of alignment We have lost our centre, become disconnected from who we really are, we have stopped looking after ourselves Can you imagine waking up every day feeling good within yourself? Happy to start your day and not feeling that something needs to change, needs to heal or needs to be different? Maybe the thing so many of us need is just to have a bit of time and space to reconnect, to ground and to realign. That’s why I am so passionate about retreats where you are surrounded by nature and have lots of peace and quiet. The perfect retreat gives you time to completely relax and unwind so you can really feel yourself again. Have you ever been on a retreat that really opened up a space inside of you? A space that you had long forgotten or even never experienced before? And if you have never been on a retreat before, I am curious to know what comes to mind when you think of taking time out for yourself?

👏👏👏👏 Tbh I’ve never been on a retreat. Not because I don’t want too, I simply haven’t (mostly because of financial availability to access from where I am located and my carer responsibilities). So in saying that I do my own personal retreats daily through Breathwork and taking time to simply be with myself as I am. Oooohhh Now that I think about it, probably subconsciously impacted from social conditioning that going on a retreat is for people with excess money (e.g. the rich and famous). Oh how untrue that is…. Every human deserves a retreat, regardless of what that retreat looks like it simply needs to be a safe space to nurture one’s SELF. I love what you are doing dearest @Scarlett Dee keep going❣️ xx

Thank you dear @Scarlett Dee. I watched and did this practice mid morning here. I am thoroughly enjoying kapalabati these days. I loved the presleep suggestions also. I have been following the ACE routine each morning for about a month now upon waking and really settling into that before meeting the day has been most beneficial. I am so grateful, thank you sweet soul. Much love xx
This one-minute ritual can change your entire day.
Hey community! I hope you're all doing well! Before we get into this week's practice, I'd love to hear from you. How did last week's challenge go? Did you manage to fit it into your routine? Let me know in the comments I genuinely love reading about your experiences and seeing how these small rituals are supporting you. Now, for this week's practice, I have a simple challenge for you. When was the last time you truly slowed down? We're constantly encouraged to do more, move faster, and stay productive. But sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is pause. So here's your ritual for this week. Take just 60 seconds. ✨ Place both feet firmly on the floor. ✨ Take five slow, deep breaths. ✨ Then ask yourself: "What do I truly need right now?" Don't overthink it. Don't try to find the perfect answer. Just notice whatever comes up. It's amazing how just one mindful minute can completely shift the direction of your day. Here's my challenge for you: commit to this 60-second ritual every day for the next seven days. And when you've done it, come back and let me know how it felt. Even if it's just one word that describes how you feel afterward, I'd love to hear it. I can't wait to read your comments. See you next week! ❤️ Much Love Gaia

If you've been pushing past your limits, this practice is for you.
Hello beautiful community, As promised, here is one of my favorite practices a practice I return to whenever I need to release tension, reconnect with myself, and come back into my body. Before we begin, a gentle reminder: this practice is an invitation, not a requirement. Please always listen to your body, move in a way that feels supportive for you, and pause or modify whenever you need to. If you have any physical concerns or injuries, adapt the practice accordingly or seek guidance from a qualified professional. I invite you to practice this during the week, or anytime you feel the need to reconnect, release, and create more space for your own wellbeing. Take this time for yourself. Listen to your body. Create space to nourish yourself, slow down, and come home to yourself. This is my go-to practice whenever I need to release tension and come back to myself. Especially during these long, hot summer days, when the heat feels heavy and my body tends to hold onto tension from the physical demands of everyday life. This practice is a simple way to reset, to move what feels stuck, and to reconnect with my body. Let's begin. Shaking Stand with your feet about hip-width apart and soften your knees. Start with a gentle bounce, allowing the movement to slowly travel through your whole body. Relax your shoulders. Relax your jaw. Let your arms move freely. There is no right or wrong way to do this. Simply allow your body to shake. Let go of the tension you’ve been holding. The stress. The heaviness. The energy that no longer needs to stay. Keep breathing. Allow your body to find its own rhythm. Stay with the shaking for two to seven minutes, giving your body the space to release tension, move stagnant energy, and reconnect with itself. ... Butterfly hug at the wall: When you feel ready, slowly come to a wall and let your back rest against it. Feel the support behind you. Allow yourself to be held. For a moment, you don’t have to carry everything. You don’t have to hold yourself up.
If you've been pushing past your limits, this practice is for you.
