Hi, I started with flipping properties sourced from Trustee lists of defaulted mortgages. I flip what I know and helped hundreds of people keep their home using the HAMP Program. Then I read an article about the banks using bailout money to buy tax liens and deeds. Then I organized a group of friends to start investing in tax liens. Before long we were going on mini trips to buy liens in AZ, CA & NV. I have been searching for a new strategy and stumbled onto this group. I worked for a title company as a marketer so I am familiar with that process as well. I am excited to learn from other members and I am happy to use my experience and legal research background with you all as well.
