Seriously has anyone gotten results from X Leads?? Locked up any deals from the leads? I think the skiptracing hasn’t been great up to this point. A lot of non working numbers

When you guys cold call probates do you treat the situation any differently from a standard cold call?

I would like to see if someone on this skool would be willing to walk me through the contracts, title company, and closing details. Someone who has closed a deal in the last month. I will give you a portion of the deal. Thanks
