Edward's manthra of true and simple 'coaching methodology' consists in looking at both the coach and clients as HUMAN BEINGS on the making, perfecting or beings on the move. Thus, his Anthropology is centered around 'HUMAN PROBLEM.' Human growth consists in identifying and solving their problems (constant roadblocks) and integrating them into their flow of life. In his book Expert Coach Secrets (Chapter 4), he explains this in a simple analogy of a table having four legs. as the four pillars in his process of coaching, as 1. Problem DIAGNOSED, 2. BREAKING the belief system that leads towards that problem, 3. RETRAINING the (mind &) heart towards a positive and brighter belief system, and 4. COMPOUNDING with empowering behaviors. In chapter 10 of the above mentioned book, Edward looks at each Human Being having 'Sacred Four Account.' According to him, human fulfillment ( = Transformation) occurs when every one of us builds consistently BEING, ENERGY, LOVE and IMPACT Account respectively: 1. My BEING ACCOUNT: It is my ability to be anxiety free, grateful, and present with my emotional well being. According to Ed, I can design this for myself but, in some shape or form, it's working on that emotional being either through mantras, meditation, writing journal, ice baths, or whatever I want to do that elevates my BEING ACCOUNT. 2. My ENERGY ACCOUNT: It is my ability to generate energy, be productive, stay focused and complete the tasks. It is what I put into my body and how I exercise on a daily basis. 3. My LOVE ACCOUNT: It is my ability to generate love within my personal and professional life, including self-love and external love. It is something that I build with equity. A sort of simplicity is in-built into it. 4. My IMPACT ACCOUNT: It is my ability to generate a value in the world and generate an income in return. It is whether I am making a result of my influence ( =an impact) in my career or business. According to Edward, these are measurable (can be bench-marked), manageable, gradual and repeatable. It helps the coach to hold the client accountable and responsible. The ultimate goal of these SACRED FOUR ACCOUNTS is to get all four accounts working well, blending well with the client and manifesting harmony in the client's life:
