Good morning friends โ™ฅ๏ธ
I want to talk about something simple today. Anchors. Not perfect habits. Not a 10 step routine. Just the few things that genuinely bring you back to yourself when life gets loud and overwhelming. For me they are prayer in the morning / reading Bible the best, a glass of warm water before anything else, and at least a short walk outside, typically I take dogs for over a mile walk. Those three things are my anchors. Not glamorous. But they hold me steady. What are your anchors? The small things you keep coming back to even when everything else falls apart? I would genuinely love to know what holds you steady. Isaiah 40:31 But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

I've been thinking about something this morning and I have to ask, when it comes to your health, what does "starting fresh" look like for you? For me it used to mean cutting everything out and going all-in on restriction mode. Until I realized that was actually keeping me stuck. Now I try to ask myself: "What can I ADD today?" not what can I take away. So I'm curious: what's one thing you could add to your week, one small nourishing thing, that would feel doable and good? It doesn't have to be big. Even one more glass of water, one handful of greens, one walk outside. What's yours? Drop it below ๐Ÿ‘‡ I want to cheer you on ๐Ÿค—

Setting my alarm for 7 a.m. and spending the first 10 minutes of my day with a glass of water and a cup of coffee with God! ๐Ÿ™
The first 10 minutes of your morning matter more than you think.
Most of us wake up and immediately reach for our phone. Before weโ€™ve had a single thought of our own, weโ€™ve already absorbed a dozen other peopleโ€™s energy, opinions, and urgency. And then we wonder why we feel overwhelmed before the day even begins. Thereโ€™s a different way to start. โ€œIn the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly.โ€ โ€” Psalm 5:3 Just 10 minutes. Before the noise. Before the news. Before the world tells you what to think and feel. Stillness. Breath. Prayer. Gratitude. A quiet moment to ask โ€” what does my body and soul need today? You cannot transform what youโ€™re not yet aware of. And awareness begins in the quiet. Transformation doesnโ€™t always start with a big change. Sometimes it starts with 10 intentional minutes โ€” and choosing yourself before you choose your screen. You are worthy of that stillness. Every single morning. ๐Ÿ™
