I have been quietly working on something for a while now and I am finally ready to share it with you. On July 21 we are starting the 7 Day Stress Reset together, right here in this community. I want to tell you why this one matters so much to me. Over the years, so many women have said some version of the same thing to me. I am doing everything right and I still feel exhausted. I sleep and I wake up tired. My body does not feel like mine anymore. And underneath all of it there is usually a quieter question that takes a while to say out loud. What am I doing wrong? I have carried that question myself. And what I have learned is that the answer is almost never what we think it is. Your body is not working against you. It has simply been carrying more than it was ever designed to carry, for longer than it was meant to carry it. And it has been trying to tell you. So for seven days I want to walk through it with you, gently. One teaching each day. One small thing to try. One truth from Scripture to sit with. We will look at cortisol and what it is actually doing to your energy. Why your adrenals get depleted. How to calm your nervous system in just a few minutes. Why sleep matters more than almost anything else. What to eat when your body is under stress. And how breath, movement, and the peace that Scripture promises all fit together. Nothing complicated. Nothing overwhelming. And if you miss a day, you have not failed anything. Everything will stay right here waiting for you. I also want to be honest with you about something. These seven days are the beginning of a longer work. Afterward, I will be opening a full course inside the classroom on stress and cortisol, everything I have learned, taught properly and step by step. But I did not build this challenge to lead you somewhere. I built it because I wanted to give you something real, and because I think these seven days matter on their own.
