Do you also offer bridge loans and if so, what are the terms?

Most realtor content sounds generic because it could’ve been posted by almost anybody. That’s usually the issue. It’s not always bad content. It’s just safe, broad, and forgettable. A lot of agents are posting things like “Thinking about buying or selling? Let’s connect” or “The market is always changing” and while that’s technically fine, it gives people no real reason to remember you. The best content usually has one thing generic content does not: a clear point of view. Instead of saying something broad like “Now is a good time to buy,” say something more specific like, “If you’re waiting for the perfect rate before buying, you might be focused on the wrong thing.” That feels more real. More direct. More memorable. A good test before posting is this: if another realtor in any city could post the exact same thing, it probably needs a stronger angle. Do you think most generic content comes from weak hooks, no real opinion, or trying too hard to sound polished?
