WALKING
Walks are the perfect time to think about life, taking fresh air, thinking about what you really want, getting to know who you really are. Self development, self awareness, and overall self improvement. Daily walking is a form of meditation and allows you to realize that all the happiness you could ever want exist within you. Everything is just reflection of your perception. Your perception is everything going on internally/inner game, your belief system, and how you are choosing to create your reality. Walks allow you to have conversations with your higher self and if you listen and quiet the outside world, all the answers are within you. You start to realize that where you are putting your attention/intention/focus/energy you are creating-attracting everything in your world, your feelings, your actions and your results. it is up to you to realize there is no problems outside of YOU. They’re all within the four walls of your mind creating an illusion of a “problem”. 😊
