WHO THIS POST IS FOR: Nursepreneur’s early in their journey to building their business. They have a strong desire to build an online coaching business, have the experience and skillsets to back it up, but perhaps not enough clarity on WHO their Ideal Client is, and WHAT exactly to help them on. HOW THIS WILL HELP YOU - Get you a rough idea of what the market’s goals and struggles are - Start connecting and building good will with your warmest audience (people who already know you) - Helps you get your first pool of potential clients  HOW TO: 1) Start with ONE type of person in mind - who are you passionate about wanting to help? (Don’t worry this is just Version 1.0) 2) Come up with a HYPOTHESIS - What do you believe your Ideal Client needs? How can you possibly help them? (use the framework → ONE Person/Pain/Promise) 3) Create a SURVEY using ChatGPT - make adjustments as needed - Take your answer to those 3 Ps and incorporate it into the prompt below - Template: Below is a brief outline on my Ideal Client, I were to create a market research intake form to gain more insight into my ideal client’s individual experiences with ___ and their own personal goals/struggles, what would an outline of that look like? 4) INCENTIVIZE people to complete your survey 5) POST and advertise your survey everyday 6) SEND SURVEY to all your phone contacts of people you who think might benefit from your skills (be resourceful - FB friends, IG followers, work group chats, family, etc): Hey NAME, hope all is well! Not sure if you saw my stories, but I’m working on a project and I’m looking to gather feedback from people on how they feel about ___. If you’re able to help me out by taking 3 min to fill out this survey I’ll be giving away [INCENTIVE] and other free resources. All invitation, no obligation. Appreciate you either way! Cool if I can send over that survey? 7) Based on initial responses to your survey, create a LEAD MAGNET that relates to solving the most common pain you see people talking about that you feel confident helping them in

I want to share a question that can help you shift your clients straight into the magical land of inspiration and possibility (aka, where all the good stuff happens). Here's the question... "𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝘆, ‘𝗜’𝗺 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁! 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿,’ 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲?" Bonus points if you have them describe it in present tense like it’s already happening. After they answer, you can follow-up with "What did you have to overcome to create this reality for yourself?" This isn’t just about goals... it’s about locking in the vision as reality before it even arrives. It's about creating a compelling future for your clients that motivates them to stay the course.
