Dont get frustrated with yourself if you dont get it the first time. Everyone is on their own timeline and each persons progress is different, it doesnt matter how fast the next person is improving, what matters is your improvement and the horses. Be patient with yourself and be kind to others 😊

#TeamTuesday - Connection
Love this graphic by HowToDressage.com. Does this make sense to you? I find that there is confusion, which yes, you do push the horse forward into the bridle into the bit into the hand but the hand has to have a giving quality to it. So you don't constrict the horse too much.

It makes sense to me, if you get that forward momentum, but youre not giving with your hands and your elbows then everythings gonna fall flat pretty quickly, but when you give you have good control AND everything else has somewhere to go
