@Nama Azubiah I do my best to live intentionally with gratitude as ‘Conscious Observer' in the moment of Now. As humans do, I have emotions come up, but as I learn and grow, I am doing better at sitting with them, making room for them to be set free, and expanding in Light.💫❤️💫

@Nama Azubiah You’re absolutely correct—it is a time of Remembering who we are. I Am the ultimate source of my own being: an individual who has reclaimed her authority to shape reality rather than being dictated by it. I Am the light hitting the shadows, turning on the frequency of sovereignty to override any timeline that does not serve the soul. As I remember who I am, I ‘unlearn’ who I am not, opening opportunities for growth and the expansion of Oneness. Thank you for that reminder!💫❤️💫
Hello Beautiful Community!
I am grateful and honored to be here in this community with you! I am also excited to share experiences. As a child I had “gifts”(as we all do!) I did not understand or remember how to use them. I was taught that in order to fit into society I should get ride of them and just be normal, so I did or I tried to be normal but it never worked. I never felt like I fit in anywhere. I always stayed curious about my gifts and if I was the only one, an odd ball. I wanted to know what it was so I turned to self studies of world religions. I’ve read and studied more than three different versions of the Bible including the ethiopian bible, KJV, the kabala, I studied the tora, learned about Hinduism, Budisum, Taoism, Gnosticism, and Shamanism practiced by indigenous people all across the world including the Americas Africa, many to most European countries, Australia, and Siberia. I even looked into Greek and Egyptian mythologies and traditions. I dug as deep into each and every one I could new and old religion or spiritual practice. I FOUND THE SAME ANSWER TO MY QUESTION EVERYWHERE I LOOKED! So in 2011 at 29 newly divorced with three kids, I decided not to be normal nor did I wasn’t to fit in with society! Best and scariest decision I ever made! Today I am a Massage Therapist, Qigong Instructor, Spiritual Life Couch, a Self Care Coach, and a PT Preschool Teacher. I am a lover of books, music and being in nature, I Love gardening, hiking, camping, swimming or just sitting/being! Oh and I am a devoted rock hound. I’ve learned to go within for my answers now and be aware of the external signals given from Source. I am perfectly imperfect loving life and blessed to be here. I also tend to over share!😘 ❤️Blessed, We All Are! Love and Light!

Stuck
So lately, I have found myself “stuck” if you will, spiritually as well as mentally. Old thinking patterns and behaviors have returned to my dismay. I have found myself straying from my spiritual path, and struggling a bit with everything. Would love some lived experience input! Thank you, and have a blessed day!

I have many times! I found it important to hold space for myself in those moments and give myself grace, I hope you can do that for yourself. We all stumble in our journey be patient with yourself. I started recognizing that when I felt stuck it was not because I was actually stuck but I was supposed to be taking a rest or a pause if you will, to really contemplate how I feel? Am I actually stuck or is my body and mind recalibrating from all the information and knowledge I have had come in? This can make the ego and the nervous system a little scared because neither like change. So nervous system sets in with the anxiety and the ego starts up with “the old stories “ A few things I have found very helpful are deep diaphragmatic breath, QiGong, and heart centered meditations. When I went to massage school o learned most people do not actually use their diaphragm to breathe. When used correctly it is the bodies natural relaxation tool, activating the parasympathetic nervous system (the "rest and digest" system. It increases lung function and oxygenation, it can lower heart rate and decrease cortisol in the body. As a QiGong instructor I know it’s not for everyone but anyone can do it. It’s an amazing art and I recommend to anyone, drawn to do so, to try it out. Qi is life energy , Gong is cultivation. QiGong incorporate movement and breath as one. Through heart centered meditation I’ve incorporated this into my diaphragmatic breath practice, although it can be done with any breath or meditation practice. On inhale breath into the heart center with loving intent, breathing out releasing all that no longer serves me. I do this as many time that resonates but at least 3x. Sometimes I found it helps for me to say out loud “Ego, I know you have worked hard my hole life trying to keep me safe but it’s ok for you to rest now I am giving my highest self access to guide us and help lead us to the version of self I need to be now. You have done an amazing job thus far but it’s time for you to rest now! Thank you!”
