Greetings!
I’ve joined this space to connect with others who recognize that we are the original technology. I’m here to dive into the 'Advanced Build' of my own sovereignty. I’m passionate about somatic healing and the frequency of peace, and I’m looking for a community that values inner authority over outside institutions. I'm here to learn, to grow, and to remind myself (and hopefully others) that the darkness is often just the light hitting the shadows. So glad to be in this frequency with you all.

Conscious Humming ✨
This technique has helped me so much! It combines breath, vibration, and awareness to calm the nervous system, balance energy, and expand inner awareness: 🌬 Preparation 1. Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. 2. Sit comfortably with your spine straight, shoulders relaxed, and feet grounded or cross-legged. 3. Close your eyes and take a few deep, slow breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth to settle. 🎶 The Humming Practice 1. Inhale gently through your nose, filling your belly first and then your chest. 2. On the exhale, hum—keep your lips closed and let the sound vibrate naturally. Don’t force it; keep it soft, steady, and comfortable. Feel the vibration in your lips, face, throat, and chest. 3. Continue for 5–10 rounds, or longer if it feels good. 🌀 Conscious Awareness - Focus on sensation: Where do you feel the vibration most strongly—head, chest, heart, or belly? - Tune into energy: Notice if the vibration brings warmth, tingling, or calmness. - Visualize: Imagine the hum spreading light or color through your body. 🔔 Variations - Heart humming: Place your hand over your heart and direct the hum there. - Chakra tuning: Hum and focus on one chakra at a time, moving from root to crown. - Silent hum after sound: After each hum, pause in silence and feel the lingering vibration. 🌟 Closing - After your last hum, sit in silence for a minute. - Notice your breath, the stillness, and any shifts in your body or emotions. - When ready, open your eyes slowly. NAMASTE 🙏✨💗

Hey everyone I am new to the group
Hello everyone I am new to the group. I am on a spiritual journey and I believe this group will be a good support for my journey. I tried the somatic healing practices and was shock that some emotions surface. I am using the practices nightly because I have energy blocks
