Hello everyone here, hello Kelly if you are reading. Today marks 4 weeks since I stopped all kind of smoking (THC and Tobacco). Never done this before, a real shift. I did a negative test on THC yesterday. I have a lot of difficulties facing every day and realised i'm not as good and kind I think I was but I still train (better than before), never stopped studying (even if I'm not at my best) and tomorrow I start a new job as accountant (not my dream life yet but it pays). I also deleted Instagram because it was my new "instant gram" (Kelly I just subscribed to your youtube and you still got my follow on insta I just deleted the app). I also gave up caffeine 2/3 weeks ago but the adrenaline/cortisol shots I get naturally everyday kicks 10 times harder 😢 I have others shit to give up to be better and replace it with a proper routine but those are new "addictions" I didn't really realize I had (Instagram, phone, fast foods). I still see the mentality of this community as the right path to give up my old self (meditation, reading, writing, training, building an exciting life). Looking foward to 28 days crave challenge once I master this basics. This is not over.

Awesome job! Keep up the good work! I bet it felt amazing passing that test!
12 steps
After working hard on it for 6m I finished my 12 steps!!! Just completed going over it with my sponsor. I am so proud of myself. When I started this process I didn’t think it was that important. I didn’t really think it was going to help me. I was totally wrong and I found out things about myself that I didn’t know. For me to put my mind to something and complete is it an awesome feeling!! I’m now reading a book in more depth about it going over them again Incase I missed things being newly sober. It amazes me how something so small can make you feel so wonderful!
Productive day
I’ve been struggling w physical pain and it’s making it hard to stay sober. But I’m taking it one day at a time with a lot of help from my sponsor. I had a very productive day and got a lot of stuff done. I feel good and focusing on another 24.

Great way to be productive! Glad you found time to relax
Productive
Made it to work to make up my missing time. Afterwards treated myself to a gel mani. Surprised my daughter with hers getting done too for a reward for getting honor roll. Feel proud of myself to have money to do these things since I’m not wasting it all on my addiction. Swimming and bbq later. Today’s a good day. Looking forward to tomorrows meeting 🩷
