Lacking social skills
Sometimes people with autism/ neurodiversion says things off key. Most of the time they're right but it's not socially acceptable/correct. Have you ever noticed that:

I get overstimulated so easily. I've struggled my entire life with it and now my kids also struggle with it. It's hard to soothe children when you feel the same way.
Self alignment is very important
At some point in life we will be a caregiver, if you live long enough. I have learned you cannot be an effective caregiver if you're not in alignment with yourself. Burnout is soon coming

I own a home care agency and I could not agree more. When dealing with clients you want to remember they are human and not just a job. Goes back to the old saying, "treat others how you want to be treated". Very important!
Silence is golden
When you said everything you had to say just sit beside a person in silence and listen. I think that's the highest form of support. What do you think.?

Absolutely. Sometimes people just need a listening ear, somebody to vent to and get it all out. No judgements, just connection.
