Does Ease increase as consistency of pure intent and good habits increases?

I’ve always found the shorter days and longer nights to be an exhilarating time of the year. For me it feels natural to explore inwards and tap into my superpowers during the winter. The world around me feels colder, less comfortable. In many places in America, to play in the snow requires a strong will or a motivation! For me playing in the snow meant doing something fun, to stay warm, or survive! Whether it was building tunnels in snow piles, or snowboarding and sledding, the only way to keep playing was KEEP PLAYING!! Now that I’m an adult and I’m currently living on the beach where it’s a sweet 72 degrees right now and it’s about as comfortable as a warm jacuzzi, the vibe feels a bit different. Thankfully I’m still going inward, and tapping into some serious potential. It’s led to some illuminating self discoveries. For example, I find the cold to be very necessary! Also, this season for me is a good time to turn on tunnel vision and focus on what makes me happy! This new year I’m focusing a lot on something I heard on a recent Aubrey Marcus Podcast. It went something like “when your desire to spread love trumps any other selfish desires, then you will experience peace or Christ-like-ness. I pray you find joy in this moment ❤️

Expansive opening into a new chapter, embrace whatever feels interesting or inspiring. Follow your curiosity and be willing to try something new. It can even be a great time to approach something you've already been working on in a new way.

I was contemplating today on ease. There are many things in life that pull us out of ease, we do not need to look for them they will find us. These things act as a resistance or challenge to move through. They are necessary for our growth, just like the butterfly breaking out of its cocoon. These forces will inevitably come up in our life and we can shift our perspective to have gratitude for them. We can also utilize tools to continuously bring ourself back to center and ease. This can be done by honoring the body's need for rest, hydration, movement, nutrition, breathing, and mental/emotional management.

One of my favorite things about life is how fun and awesome it truly can be! Thankfully I have been blessed to be in a position to be able to make it fun. And I think it’s possible for anybody to recognize just how awesome it is. Just this evening I had the pleasure of getting in the ocean and feeling the waves wash over me. As the sun set and the last of its light cast beautiful shades of orange and pink through the clouds I noticed a thought.. “you are here because I allow you to be, you are here because you truly want to be” so I thanked the universe and the ocean for blessing me with such a moment, and I soaked in it with a big smile on my face. We as humans are capable of feats I would consider magical and courageous! Each of us deserves to be celebrated for getting up in the morning and living our dreams. There’s a miracle in each moment, and we are blessed to experience it!
