🚀 Big News — Heroic Industries Training App Is LIVE! 💥
I’ve been putting a ton of time and energy into something I’m really excited about — a brand-new Heroic Industries training app. 💻 Why this matters: - A better way to track your progress - Simple, clear workout delivery - Built 100% around the Heroic Industries vision Some of you have been using TrainHeroic — this will feel similar in function, but it’s a new platform built just for us. Right now, I’ve launched our first program on it: Heroic 28 (revamped) ⚡️ - ✅ All bodyweight - ✅ Low-barrier entry — perfect if you’re restarting or want to move without tons of equipment - ✅ Straightforward but effective I’m also going to keep building this Skool group as our higher-level hub: - 🧠 Deeper conversation & strategy - 🤝 Community and connection - 🎯 Support beyond just the workouts If you’re already here, you don’t need to pay anything extra — this is your space to grow and ask questions while using the new app. 👉 [I’ll drop the link to the app/program here soon — jump in and check out the Heroic 28.] Let’s build this out together. 💪🔥 Comment below if you’re in or if you’ve got questions about how it works!

Ohhhhhh hell yeah I've been slacking so much no excuses.
Time
One thing I get frustrated with is running out of time to work out the way I want or workout they way it’s was prescribed. I put sleep/rest as a priority to keep me safe at work. But at the same time I’ll get mad that I have to adjust a workout to fit the time I have. Anyone else feel that way? Most the ppl that I’m around do not prioritize sleep, however it’s so important I wish more ppl would put emphasis on getting proper sleep. It’s hard to make sleep a priority ( especially cuz my sleep is shit haha can’t fall asleep and can’t stay asleep)
