Workout plan
Anthony can you make adjustments to my training plan? I’d love to workout 5+ times a week on a structured plan however I’m lucky to throw 3 training sessions together on my short weeks let alone my long weeks . But it is easy for me to throw in a run or gear workout if I can make it work . Is it possible to just write in three days of strength training ? And maybe one day of cardio. I do try and get 30 mins or so of training in at the end of night shifts however I have to stay in uniform minus vest and belt in case I get a call. Day shift is much harder to workout while on duty so doesn’t happen as often. I’ve liked the changes that were made last time to keep it more simple to follow. Thanks for all the help
Time
One thing I get frustrated with is running out of time to work out the way I want or workout they way it’s was prescribed. I put sleep/rest as a priority to keep me safe at work. But at the same time I’ll get mad that I have to adjust a workout to fit the time I have. Anyone else feel that way? Most the ppl that I’m around do not prioritize sleep, however it’s so important I wish more ppl would put emphasis on getting proper sleep. It’s hard to make sleep a priority ( especially cuz my sleep is shit haha can’t fall asleep and can’t stay asleep)

Got a nice little roll in last night. Felt good even after baking in the sun all day trying to put a fire pit together. Unfortunately I missed my scheduled workout, so I may try and double up today.

I’m really excited to have this new equipment well new to me …and I’m hoping it’ll make my training easier to move through and I hope I can get back into the swing of things.
