Acquiring Subcontractors? Harder than it sounds…
I’ve built a company that uses Subcontractors from 3rd party businesses to complete jobs. I’m struggling to find the angle to pitch and onboard new/bigger companies as subcontractors. For those who work with them frequently, What is your onboarding process and what’s the angle you took to get them in your system?

@Iris Ocariza Ohh that sounds awesome! Being able to grow up with a fruit tree is amazing. Sounds like you had your fair share of sour, sweet, and old mandarins. I grew up with an apple tree in my neighborhood, that gave me the connection that food could actually be grown in your backyard if you wanted.

@Iris Ocariza Last year I tried growing as much as I could. I grew various vegetables but my favorite was sugar cane. Although it died early, I was most excited about that before it froze.

What are you removing this year BBC?
Last year, I watched a lot of football, and I loved it. But this year, I’m removing it because it’s not helping me get any closer to my goals. Genuinely curious, what are you removing this year instead of adding more?

For me, its removing social media for personal purposes. These apps gotten really darn good at keeping you on there, so much so that it’s eating away I at productivity time. This will have to go I’ll replace that extra time with books I’ve been stockpiling the past few months.
