Today’s call went deep. We talked about body image — and how for gay men it’s not just personal. It’s cultural. It’s the apps, the social media, the unspoken rule that the better you look the more options you have. And the older you get the more invisible you become. That’s a painful truth nobody talks about enough. We also talked about the paradox of it all. So many of us want a real relationship. But we lead with looks — ours and theirs. The soul comes second. And yet the soul is the only thing that actually lasts. Bodies change. Always. There’s also a difference between taking care of yourself because you love yourself — and doing it because you feel like you’re not enough without it. One comes from strength. The other comes from fear. And a lot of what we see today — the peptides, the TRT, the look-maxing — is fear dressed up as discipline. More options don’t make life easier. If anything we’ve never been more lost. And maybe it’s time we start giving people a real chance — not just the ones who look right, but the ones who feel right. That’s what we talked about today.
