There are so many great communities on here that can help you learn. Not to be cheesey, but you finding Ellis' community is literally a *goldmine* of information. Always accurate and absorbable at that. I just got on Skool myself this week and I'm amazed at all the content. You might also order a copy of Audra George's book, The Title Detective's Playbook. It will be one of your ongoing "manuals" if you plan to do curative title work. Have you joined any of the Facebook groups yet? Theres Ugly Title Investing and also DPA (Distressed Property Acquisitions) for starters. Lots of good content on those FB pages as well. The tax sales in Missouri begin in 3 weeks and those usually have some properties with title issues, so it's good to take a crash course now.
