🧠 28 Oct WEDNESDAY IDENTITY CHECK-IN
TAKE A CHANCE We are halfway through the week. So today, ask yourself: What kind of person takes the chance? Not the person who has no fear. The person who decides that fear does not get the final say. Maybe this week you have already: Started the conversation Said yes to something new Tried something different Took action before you felt ready Challenged an old belief about yourself That matters. WEDNESDAY CHECK-IN Comment below: One fear or doubt I am moving through: You do not need to know exactly how it will turn out. Sometimes the growth is in the decision to step forward. Take the chance. Give yourself the opportunity. I AM willing. I AM courageous. I AM becoming. I AM TAKING THE CHANCE. Focus on today. Keep the promise. Become the proof. 🙌🏻🔥

One fear or doubt I am moving through: that I will never be wildly successful. I have so much to offer and am worried that my variety of talents confuses potential clients - and this is what's holding me back. How should I solve this? Focus on one thing for now, get that right build a firm foundation - then add more options. The question is - which one?
DAY 51/84: LETTING GO - UNDERSTANDING
One Emotional Weight I Am Exploring: The heartbreak and unanswered questions surrounding the money lost from my account. What It Represents to Me: That money represented effort, security, and provision. The loss has affected my trust and sense of being heard. Why It Has Been Difficult to Release: I have waited for answers and hoped for a resolution. It has been painful to accept that, after so much waiting, I may never receive the explanation or recovery I hoped for. The Part I Can Control: I can choose how much of my attention I continue to give this matter. I can acknowledge my disappointment, care for my health, and take manageable steps forward. I can bring my unanswered questions to God in prayer. My Biggest Realization: I have reached a decision to make this matter; rest and my feelings may take time settle. I can give myself that time. Today, handing it over to Godis the step I am able to take. Today I proved: I AM someone who reflects honestly on what I carry because I have named the loss, acknowledged how deeply it hurts, and recognized my need for peace. I am choosing to trust God with what remains unresolved as I continue rebuilding my life.

Wow, @Prisca Tamayi - this is such a powerful post. I can feel your pain and frustration and I know that you will come out of this on top at the end of the day. Learn from the experience and have faith that some day in some way it will all work out.
🏃 27 Oct TUESDAY MOVEMENT PROOF
TAKE A CHANCE Yesterday you identified the chance you want to take this week. Today, put some movement behind it. Taking a chance does not always mean doing something dramatic. Sometimes it means trying a new route. Trying a different workout. Walking a little further. Training when you normally would skip. Starting again without overthinking it. TUESDAY CHECK-IN Comment below: Today I moved by: Time / steps / distance: One chance I took today: What almost held me back: You may not know exactly where the step will lead. Take it anyway. What if this is the step that changes something? I AM willing. I AM moving. I AM becoming. I AM TAKING THE CHANCE. Focus on today. Keep the promise. Become the proof. 🙌🏻🔥

Today I moved by: Aqua Aerobics and stretching afterwards Time / steps / distance: 59 mins One chance I took today: Helping a new member at the gym who was struggling to keep up with the moves What almost held me back: Habit - It's not natural for me to make the first approach with people I don't know. I normally wait for them to approach me and absorb the room like a wallflower.

This weekend my body decided it's time for a break - I've been pushing hard the past few weeks with running and strength training. I did do the Park Run yesterday morning, but decided to rest today. My calves have been sore for days and I was struggling with breathing yesterday so my pace was slow. But - I will be back at gym with my personal trainer in the morning. 😊
THIS WEEK’S THEME: TAKE A CHANCE
A new week starts tomorrow. And this week, I want you to do something different. Take a chance. Say yes to something you would normally avoid. Try something new. Start the conversation. Apply for the opportunity. Go somewhere different. Join the class. Ask the question. Make the call. Take the first step. You do not need to know exactly how it will turn out. Sometimes growth begins when you stop waiting for certainty and give yourself permission to try. YOUR MISSION THIS WEEK Take one chance on yourself. It does not have to be huge. It just has to move you beyond what feels familiar. You may succeed. You may learn. You may discover something new about yourself. But if you never take the chance, you never give yourself the opportunity to find out. This week, choose courage over certainty. I AM willing. I AM growing. I AM becoming. I AM TAKING THE CHANCE. Focus on today. Keep the promise. Become the proof. 🙌🏻🔥

This week, I choose courage over certainty. I AM willing. I AM growing. I AM becoming. I AM TAKING THE CHANCE. I saw a quote by Simon Sinek earlier today: "Courage is the ability to choose the path that leads to the unknown." That's taking a chance. What an awesome theme for the week.
