Frames
Hi all, can anyone point me in the right direction on how to add the frames on my etsy listings please. Im sure I have seen a video in the classroom but can not find it. Thank you

I couldn’t figure it out, but you get 5 free bulk listings a month on PS. Create one template listing and push to Etsy and it has all the sizes and pricing in it. Then copy the listing for each new poster.
Mock-up suggestions
Hello, I just wanted to out this out there as I find the mock-ups within PrintShrimp limited for what I need. I'm using AI to try and add certain elements to bring to life my themes, but it doesn't always look great. What I'm after is: - More generic landscape poster mock-ups - Options showcasing the three different frames in portrait and landscape in one image - Christmas themed mock ups in portrait and landscape - Landscape mock ups in a children's generic bedroom I know these are specific, but i just though if I don't ask I don't get 🥰 If anyone has any ideas of what could help in the meantime I'd hugely appreciate it. Attached is an AI bedroom mockup, but it looks naff.

Let's get the ball moving!
Hey guys, I want to ask, what are you struggling with the most at the moment? It could be figuring out where to start, creating designs, using PrintShrimp, setting up your shop, pricing, getting listings up or getting sales. Whatever stage you’re at, I’d like to hear from you. Tell me what you’re trying to do and where you’re getting stuck. If you’ve already tried a few things, mention those too. I want to get a better idea of where I can help and what we could explain better in the community. Chances are someone else is stuck on the same thing, so don’t be shy about asking.

Getting the first sale, but also knowing if it’s worth using social media to drive interest? I’m focusing on Pinterest for now as it’s easy enough to upload posters.
My First 2k month...in month 4
Hi everyone. So I just wanted to pop on here at the start of October and share my experience. I joined Etsy on May 28th and uploaded my very first print June 3rd. June 17th I had my first sale. I followed the Printshrimp videos to the letter and haven't deviated from it at all. I have been documenting this on my tiktik (@Sidehustlemichael) and have between 450-500 prints uploaded currently. Month by month it has increased and in September I made just over £2000 in profit. PROFIT, not revenue. I spend between 20-30 hours a month on this. If you are on TikTok come over and follow and if not, feel free to ask any questions here, but to be honest, just trust in the process. (I won't be sharing my Etsy store before anyone asks!)

I’m off to rewatch the videos 😂 How do you create your listing descriptions? And have you had to change anything in particular for SEO? I’m only at the start of my journey and I’m not getting any viewings yet from Etsy.
Colours a lot darker than the listing image.
Hi all. I’ve had a message on Etsy about a large framed print I sold last week. They said that they were disappointed as the listing shows a mainly yellow artwork, however they have said it’s actually “very” orange in person. I’ve asked for pictures but they haven’t sent any yet. Where do I stand with this when I eventually get a reply? Do I just need to prepare myself to refund the full £60? That feels like a lot of money to be out of pocket when I’d hope that the physical prints are as true to colour as possible. Is this an issue with PrintShrimp/whoever printed it and can I claim my expense back at all? For reference it was a A3 frame in Satin, I don’t think satin would be responsible for such a difference in colour. Thanks all.

I'd first check your print file colour profile as RGB and CMYK can print differently. It could also be worth checking if the listing images are in CMYK or RGB as again, this can sometimes alter the colours on different screens. However, the best option is to go to PrintShrimp and work with them to diagnose the issue. If it's a fault their end they might be able to reprint for free.
