Quote of the day, to help us through the week! 😁
“The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of those depths.” ― Elisabeth Kübler-Ross

Mind Your Body - Audiobook
I am very lucky to be on this healing journey with my aunty, and she shared this book with me! Caroline is a wellness practitioner and a reflexologist. She has struggled with chronic migraines and is coming out of them finally after learning more about nervous system regulation. ☀️ I am also healing my panic disorder, anxiety, and reducing my Hypermobility symptoms through nervous system regulation. The link below is for a great audio book by Nicole J Sachs, you can also buy the book on Amazon. Unexpressed emotions cause symptoms and can develop conditions within the body, something as simple as journalling in a specific way can really help you understand how your mind is your enemy and your best friend! Let me know what you think ✍️ 🤔 Audio book on Spotify https://open.spotify.com/show/3NDLkQjDFy3IQSnhtk2MLT?si=JFrHiXA_R4-tYyLRUPUI2g If you also want nervous system regulation at home, then you can sign up to the safe and sound protocol. Can Mindfulness Help with Chronic Pain? Join us tomorrow 6.30pm!
👋Please join me and Alison Bale tomorrow. We will discuss how mindfulness can help with chronic pain. You are welcome to join our conversation and ask questions! Or if you just want to sit back and listen that is great. Alison is a mindfulness coach and has spent many years practising as a Chiropractor in India and the UK. She now offers coaching services in Cheltenham and online, she is very supportive and understands the complexity of chronic pain and how it can really impact your life. Mindfulness is commonly talked about, but often we don't always have the right tools specifically for us, and having an expert discuss this further will hopefully gain some clarity on the subject. How to join? 😁 Locate the calendar section on Skool and you can join in there. We look forward to meeting you! If you would like to contact Alison about her services then this is her email address: [email protected] Who is joining?
