Suggestions Please
Hey everyone, has anyone had to work with a challenging boss? Not the kind of person that is annoying but someone who shows favoritism and creates a stressful environment by micromanaging and changing her demands frequently. A good word to describe this leader is insufferable. If something were available I could switch locations, but I like the schedule and the proximity. I’ve tried seeing this person from different viewpoints. However, their work ethic and mine are at odds. I love my job, however, this leader creates a toxic work environment. Many people have left and shared their concerns with higher ups but nothing changed. I keep visualizing and manifesting a positive work environment. Does anybody else have any other ideas or suggestions? I only have three more years of work before I retire and I would like to make them as pleasant as possible. Thanks in advance.
Welcome my new fam
Good day to all you amazing people. I am so happy you are here. Would you please introduce yourself and tell us all something about yourself? You can use this template if you like. I will go first. Greetings all. My name is Cary Schram or Coach Cary. I live in the beautiful state of Colorado. I found this community, well wait, I actually started it.. My goal for the next 6 months is to show up as my most authentic self, grow this community to 500 members and take 100 aspiring humans through the mindset reset program. I do not condone pineapple on pizza, unless there is no other type of pizza and I am starving. - “Hi! My name’s ___ - - - I live in ___ and I found this community from ___. - - - My #1 goal for the next 6 months is ___ - - - I ___ pineapple on pizza” Feel free to tell us anything else you would like to share. Coach Cary

Hey everyone, my name is Carol & I live in Florida, in a suburb of Tampa. My interests include reading, how our minds work, trivia, history, walking, encouraging others to be their best. My intention for the next 6 months is to pay off debt from summer. I didn’t work this summer but return to work tomorrow. I’m believing there will be new leadership at my job. There are 3 years left until I retire. I agree with Coach Cary that pineapple does NOT belong on pizza. 🍍🚫🍕
Change your identity from the inside out.
Too often we change a little and then revert right back to the same programming. And the little things carry so much weight. How we respond to a text. Whether we hesitate on decisions. The promises you make and break to yourself. Your choice to withdraw or lean in. (Taken from a book I am reading called Magnetic) It is all about making small, incremental changes to affect lasting and impactful change. The universe doesn’t give us what we want — it matches who we are internally. Align yourself internally, and the world will give you everything you know to be true. Not believe, but know. Now taking applications for the Mindset Reset. Please reach out or schedule a meeting with me today. If you want to k ow more then ask @Devon Haggberg @Bernice Mendoza @Joanne Landrau @Geri Cifaldi @Latasha Wilkerson @Cary Schram we have all completed this program and it has changed my life and you can check with them how it has change their lives. True if you say affirmations, but your identity is contrary to what you are affirming, it is difficult to change.

How the 42 Days to Peace and Prosperity helped me process and begin healing my past trauma.
Mental or psychological trauma arises from events that overwhelm a person’s ability to cope, creating lasting, disturbing memories and emotions. No one is completely immune to the consequences of trauma. We all have our history. We all tried the best we knew how, and still got bit at some time in our lives. But it doesn't take a genius to realize, we cannot physically LIVE in the past! So how is it that our history becomes our present experience? The thing about trauma is, it alters the brain's reaction to stress, causing people to feel unsafe even in safe situations. So right now, you may be in your bed, completely safe, but inside, you are shredding yourself to pieces, feeling all the past hurt, tearing your confidence to pieces because your nerves tell you otherwise. So much of my life I spent time in bed ruminating for days, doing absolutely nothing because my mindset was purely in the past, or future. Never in the now. That was the key. The now. The never ending moment right here. It never leaves, and is the only moment we have. Within this eternal moment, there exists the power. If I can somehow access this very moment, with a fresh idea, a new thought, a new perspective, and brand new experience, THAT is the power. When you can tap into the now, live in that moment, and chose the best option in the now, you find you cannot entertain the past or present. You get lost in the moment, and begin to free yourself from the prison of thought. I am not my past, I am not my future. I am the now, and I am to be celebrated for the beauty too rich for words to describe. Integrate love now. Only look to the future with love, your past with compassion, and your present as a devine gift of plenty. Use your power, stay connected, engage in the moment fully. Show me how it's done!!!
