Hi lise, I won’t be jumping on tonight as am not home. I followed all your recommendations. Bowel movements successful that day but nothing since. Hopefully tomorrow?? Had bolus bacteria Tuesday then x1 Thursday and x 1 this morning. I’m on 10 ml of the mineral Cl’s and 2x6ooml salt sachets. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 Am into movement tasks already 👍🏻👍🏻 have a nice evening !
How’s week 3 going ?
We are into week 3. Many have introduced the bacteria and perhaps even onto their 3x week dose. What have you noticed when you had the big dose of bacteria? Any other positive effects noticed? Please share. Week 4 we talk about MOVEMENT.

I also took the bacteria dose on Tuesday and did not notice anything. I was relaxed on the couch, it was quiet and early morning and I used the time to just be while I followed the process.

My stools have gone from yesterday morning a ‘4’ to the evening - again a ‘3’ until today this am a ‘1’ on the Bristol Stool scale! It could be due to all the gluten on Sunday?? Or shall I dilute to only 600 mls ? Or wait to see what happens tomorrow? What do you think Lisa.?

Good evening I have spent the day with the Progurt Founder getting even more information from the man himself and he has provided even MORE extra goodies for your packs.
