FOR ANYONE WHO MISSED GROUP COACHING YESTERDAY (FREE)
🌿 WE MISSED YOU YESTERDAY 💛! If you weren’t able to make the Holistic Hormone Happy 😊 Hour yesterday, you were missed 💛 We covered something really powerful: 👉 Why you literally cannot be grateful and anxious at the same time👉 How this shifts your nervous system, lowers cortisol, supports hormone balance and reduces brain fog 👉 In fact we reviewed a study that demonstrated that sleep was longer, less interrupted and even improved daytime functioning. We also looked at how cortisol and DHEA cannot exist in balance together — meaning your body is either in stress mode or healing mode ✨ Good news: I’ve added the full Mini Class + Guided Worksheet to the Classroom: 👉 Self-Healing Tools Course You’ll find:✔ The full breakdown✔ The 7-Day Gratitude Reset practice✔ A downloadable worksheet to guide you step-by-step 🔒 Access Reminder The Self-Healing Tools Course is part of your Premium Membership If you’re on the free plan, this is exactly the kind of resource waiting for you inside: ✨ Practical tools you can use daily✨ Science-backed strategies✨ Step-by-step guidance 👉 All for just $9/month 📅 Looking Ahead I’d love to see more of you live next time — these FREE COACHING sessions are where the real shifts happen. 👉 Once the next session is posted on the calendar, please add it to your personal calendar right away That one step makes all the difference. If you go through the practice, come back and share: 👉 What are you noticing after a few days? Even small shifts matter 💛

I just joined this group today so I did not see the Live Coaching from yesterday. Cheers, Carol
Is Your Vitamin D level "Too High", "Too Low" or "Normal"
💊 Since the 90's, research on Vitamin D levels has been controversial, with many researchers finding that the RDA or "normal" ranges were not optimal for health. I was one of the first holistic practitioners in NC, USA to start testing my patients and recommending higher doses than were currently being recommended - as much as 5000 iu/day. When I had my own test, it was originally under 20 ng/ml and I got sick alot, had joint problems, migraines and hormone imbalance. I started raising it and the last test was in the 80's range. During COVID, I was an "essential" worker as a chiropractic physician and continued to see patients on a daily basis. I also worked in an Addiction Rehab facility while I was working on my MS in Addiction. I never got COVID! Kind of miraculous given my close contact. I truly believe it was my Vitamin D levels. So if your between 40-60 ng/ml and thinking that is too high (or your doctor says that's normal) - or even in the 70's - think again. They now believe the best health benefits come from the 60-80 ng/ml range. Stop worrying about taking too much - and start worrying about taking too little.😃

Hello Dr Manon, and group, 25 years ago I went to a Functional Dr who prescribed a very high dose of Vit D. It did help me out of the brain fog and menopausal symptoms after a head injury. Long story short is my husband died instantly.12 years ago and I am now playing catchup on all things in my life, including going through our 34 + year life together. Thanks for the suggestion to join this group. I love your energy! And, as you are one year younger than me I feel you would know more about my body than all those who profess to at a much younger age. It seems to me that most of the medical profession is into speculation and diagnosis as to what the pharmaceutical companies dictate. I am ready to resolve this weight issue with knowledge and truth. I go to my doctor in a couple hours, (I love her) I am fortunate to have had many conscientious and caring medical doctors in my life. And, for that I am eternally grateful. We will see what my Vit D levels are at present. Thank you again, Cheers, Carol Martin
