5 Surprisingly Simple Ways to Detoxify
1) Pop a Probiotic: Of course, you don't have to 'pop a pill' to get a probiotic. In fact, it is preferred you ingest either a probotically cultured food (e.g. kombucha, yogurt (preferably non-cow's milk based), cultured veggies, etc.) or eat more raw fruits and vegetables grown in truly healthy soil, as the Earth's microbiome is actually the root of where 'good bacteria' come from. How will getting probiotics help? Fascinating research indicates that probiotics actually help us break down foods (e.g. gluten; casein) and chemicals (pesticides, BPA) which can cause great harm to our bodies, and which our own detoxification pathways do not handle effectively. Its kind of a wonder, isn't it, that 'germs' can help save us from ourselves in this way? 2) Breaking a Sweat: Sadly, sweating has become synonymous with something gross that should be blocked with antiperspirants/deodorants - which, ironically only further exacerbates the problem of bodily odor, as it keeps one of your primary channels of detoxification from doing its job. The reality is we were designed to move our bodies, the result of which is the release of profoundly uplifting and regenerative hormonal and neurochemical secretions. And this is just the obvious 'reward' we receive by pushing ourselves through the discomfort of sustained, intense bodily exertion to the point where we are profusely sweating. Deeper benefits include the activation of the lymphatic system, which while being part of the circulatory system lacks a pump (like the heart) to push the lymphatic fluid through; this requires the activation of our entire skeletal musculature via exercise. While one does not necessarily need to break a sweat to move the lymph - walking will suffice - you can 'free two birds with one hand,' by eliminating various heavy metals and chemicals via profuse sweating if you bring your physical activity towards that threshold, which incidentally also overlaps with that 'sweet spot' that activates the 'feel good' secretions we talked about.

Thank you @Dr. Serge Gregoire for this information. The Chernobyl children’s story was an eye opener. The fact that apples can reduce some of the most harmful substances man has ever made from our system is an amazing testament to their true power. 🤯🍎👏
5 Evidence-Based Ways to Burn Belly Fat
1. Coconut Oil - Two human clinical studies now exist showing that dietary coconut is safe and effective in reducing midsection fat in both women and men. In the women's study, the treatment group received two tablespoons (30 ml) of coconut oil daily for 12 weeks, resulting in reduced waist circumference and higher "good" HDL cholesterol levels. In the male study, obese men received two tablespoons (30 ml) of coconut oil per day, taken in 3 divided doses, half an hour before each meal, for one month. The men experienced an average reduction of over one inch (2.86 cm) in their waist circumference, with no adverse changes in their blood lipids. 2. Green Tea - Green tea has been called "the medicine which grew into a beverage." Indeed, our project identified research on over 200 health conditions that may benefit from its use, with obesity at the top of the list. In a 2009 study published in the journal Obesity, catechin-rich green tea was found to be safe and effective in reducing weight in moderately overweight subjects, including an over two-inch reduction in waist circumference. 3. Sunlight - A 2011 study in The Journal of Investigative Dermatology revealed a remarkable fact about metabolism: The exposure of human skin to UV light results in increased subcutaneous fat metabolism. While subcutaneous fat, unlike visceral fat, is not considered a risk factor for cardiovascular disease, a deficiency of one of sunlight's best-known beneficial byproducts, vitamin D, is associated with greater visceral fat. A solid body of research also links vitamin D deficiency to obesity. One of them, titled "Association of plasma vitamin D levels with adiposity in Hispanic and African Americans," which was published in the journal Anticancer Research in 2005, found that vitamin D levels were inversely associated with adiposity in Hispanics and African Americans, including abdominal obesity. The point? Exposure to UVB radiation, which is most abundant two hours on either side of solar noon and produces vitamin D, may be an essential strategy for burning midsection fat naturally.
