Are things bigger in you head than they really are?
This week I want to show up a little differently… not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone figuring it out in real time. Lately, I’ve been struggling with protein. Not motivation, not consistency—but actually giving my body what it needs. And truthfully… asking for help doesn’t come naturally to me. I’ve always been the type to just get on with things and work it out on my own. But this time, I chose differently. I asked Coach @Darren Liu for his live Q&A, and especially my coach @Carlos Hellstern —diving deeper, asking more questions about protein and how to actually make it work for me. Thank you 🙏 And honestly? That shift changed a lot. Now I’ve got the right tools, the right guidance… and I’m realising it’s not actually as big or as overwhelming as I made it in my head. It’s funny how our minds can turn something small into something massive. Because real health isn’t about having all the answers… it’s about being open enough to learn, grow, and ask for support when you need it. So this is me, leaning into that. Anyone else working through something right now that felt way bigger in your head than it actually is?

I’m so glad you’re sharing this win with the community Usra, I believe that’s a big part of what a health transformation is about as well, beyond the physical side of things, it’s learning to see things from different perspectives, pushing boundaries with our comfort zone, being open to learning, growing, and nothing makes me happier than to see everything coming together so beautifully. We’re proud but never satisfied, we keep building Usra! 💪🥰

Low Energy, High Results 💥
This morning I was in a proper slump… low energy, no motivation, everything in me saying “skip it.” But I stuck to my routine and went to the gym at my usual quiet time anyway. I didn’t expect much at all… but I walked out with 6 PBs 🤯 And the craziest part? I had more energy leaving than when I went in — honestly felt like I could’ve kept going. Sometimes it’s not about feeling ready. It’s about showing up anyway and letting the action create the energy. Moral of the story: Don’t let your mood make your decisions — discipline will take you places motivation never will 🔥 What’s one thing you’ve been putting off because you’re “not feeling it” right now? 👇

March Progress 💪✨
This month has been full of wins — and it’s time I start owning them instead of brushing past them. I’ve increased my steps to an average of 7k a week. Not perfect, but real progress. I’ve tracked honestly and consistently, learning where I fall short — even with a busy social life. Calorie cycling has kept me within maintenance across the week (even when my mind tells me I don’t deserve it). In the gym, I’ve been hitting PBs and, more importantly, feeling more comfortable in that environment instead of isolating myself. I’ve shown up every single day — whether I felt like it or not. And truthfully, those daily check-ins have become the motivation I rely on. Beyond the physical, I’ve been breaking personal barriers — so many of them. And with that, my confidence is growing day by day. The result? ⬇️ 8kg down and still going 📉 Measurements dropping 📸 Visible changes in photos 👀 Family starting to notice — woop! And when I zoom out even further… since January 5th, I’m now just 2kg away from losing 3 stone (19kg) in total. So yeah… zooming out, it’s been a powerful month on all fronts. Coach @Carlos Hellstern — thank you. Truly....you help me so much 🫶 And @Darren Liu — that email that led me to join Skool? One of the best decisions I've made. Joining the inner circle has changed everything entirely and a whole new level up! 🙌 I’m not great with compliments, so a simple “thank you” is all I’ll say — but it genuinely comes from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate every bit of support and encouragement here. Feeling blessed… but we keep moving forward 💪🔥
