This month has been full of wins — and it’s time I start owning them instead of brushing past them. I’ve increased my steps to an average of 7k a week. Not perfect, but real progress. I’ve tracked honestly and consistently, learning where I fall short — even with a busy social life. Calorie cycling has kept me within maintenance across the week (even when my mind tells me I don’t deserve it). In the gym, I’ve been hitting PBs and, more importantly, feeling more comfortable in that environment instead of isolating myself. I’ve shown up every single day — whether I felt like it or not. And truthfully, those daily check-ins have become the motivation I rely on. Beyond the physical, I’ve been breaking personal barriers — so many of them. And with that, my confidence is growing day by day. The result? ⬇️ 8kg down and still going 📉 Measurements dropping 📸 Visible changes in photos 👀 Family starting to notice — woop! And when I zoom out even further… since January 5th, I’m now just 2kg away from losing 3 stone (19kg) in total. So yeah… zooming out, it’s been a powerful month on all fronts.
