I am a one man crew looking to hire my first assistant this upcoming year for sales and managing social media while me and my other guy are out here in the field working and as I learned at the mastermind, I gotta be the assistant and teach my technician to be a leader to eventually hop off the truck I have about 1 to 2 months left of the season. I don’t do Christmas lights this year but what do you guys recommend as well to do in that time to build up the company this year I I’m still in the route to produce 200,000 to 250,000 on my own just hiring guys when I need them and working with my brother I do want to hit 500,000 for next year
