Hi Josh, I had completed 75 Hard and went from 194 lbs and 24% bf to my current weight below. My goal is to lose 13 lbs more of BF while maintaining (or adding) muscle mass. I work out 6 days a week (cardio and weight training daily). I get in between 15K-20K steps a day monitored by my FitBit. I'm looking to vary my workout routine over the next 4-5 months. CURRENTLY: Hight: 5'9" Weight: 178 lbs BF: 20% Daily Calorie Intake: 1650 GOAL: Weight: 165 lbs BF: 10-12% Once I reach that goal, my focus will be strictly to build muscle and maintain flexibility.
