facce changes

Premolars extracted and issues
I had premolars extracted at 17 (upper ) and at 19 (lower) My face has terribly collapsed as i already had underdeveloped structure My breathing is terrible I'm always sticking out my tongue to feel better Can thumbpulling and mouthguard make things better? I'm 21

I have also left the photos and it shows that I have gotten quite worse and even so I was doing facial exercises

ok, I am Spanish and I do not know if my grammar is the most correct. They removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth, the before and after in less than 1 year and the body weight was similar

Progress
