What's your biggest fear about AI in your industry? 🧠
I'll go first: My fear is that I won't learn fast enough to stay relevant. I work in medical device sales, and I can already see how AI is changing the game, for customer insights, automated follow-ups, predictive analytics. And honestly there are so many new tools coming out every day that I worry I'm spreading myself too thin trying to learn everything at once instead of focusing on one thing. What keeps you up at night when you think about AI in your field? Are you worried about: - Being replaced by someone who knows AI better? - Your skills becoming obsolete? - Something else entirely? Drop your answer below. Let's talk about this together!

I think the fear of becoming obsolete is a valid one, and one that most people have, myself included. I also worry about the environmental impact of AI, especially regarding water.. that used to make me hesitate in using AI tools before, but I am also aware of the huge potential AI has to improve our lives and change the world we live in. I want to make sure that change is a positive one. However, I still worry that I might not be fast enough in learning how to use AI and sometimes feel like I arrive late to things. I think that's my biggest fear!
AI Learning Lab - First call scheduled!
Based on the poll from last week, we're doing this (15 of you are keen - love that!) 🌟 I'm setting up a monthly call where 3-4 of us share something new we've tested or built with AI. Nothing formal - just "here's what I tried, here's what worked, here's what flopped." Could be: - A new tool you're experimenting with - A workflow you automated - An AI feature that changed how you work 🗓️ First call will take place on Feb 11 at 07:00 PM London time, here is the invite link. 🧠 I'll reach out to those who volunteered to present, but if anyone else wants to share what you've been working on, just message me either through Skool platform or on my email: [email protected] I look forward to catching up with you face to face!

Welcome to She Leads AI 👋 I’m so glad you’re here!
This is a women-led space to learn how to use AI for real career and business growth, without the overwhelm, noise, or tech-bro energy. You do not need to be technical, confident, or “good at AI” yet. Curiosity is enough. To get us started, I’d love to hear from you 👇 Introduce yourself in the comments and answer ONE or TWO of these: - What do you do right now? - Where would you love AI to help you most in your work or business? - What is one thing about AI that currently feels confusing or intimidating? There are no right answers. Sharing helps others feel less alone and helps this community grow in the right direction. I will be using your answers to shape what we focus on next, including topics, tools, and guest sessions. Thank you for being here at the beginning. Let’s make AI feel useful, human, and empowering, together. Wiktoria 🌟

Hello, I am Carla from Puerto Rico. I am truly delighted to have found this community since it is something I've been craving for a while! So thank you all for existing and giving life to this space! Right now, I am in the process of pivoting my career to something that feels more aligned with my higher purpose. For the past 10 years I've been a teacher, a web development student, and an artist. Tools like Gemini have been so helpful in helping me organise my thoughts, giving me suggestions and helping me build systems in Notion (which I really enjoy). But I want to know what else is there for me. I want to learn more about other AI tools, and explore its potential. Meanwhile, I'm so happy to join this community!
