The Hardest Day – What I Learned
There are days that test you beyond anything you imagined—physically, mentally, emotionally. For me, one of the hardest moments was day 80 of the Conquer 100. Everything in me wanted to quit. My body was failing; my mind was screaming to stop, and I questioned whether I could keep going. But at that moment, I had a choice—give in or take one more step. I knew I just had to try, that I could be perfect for one second at a time (one step). So, I focused on the next second. Not the full distance, not the overwhelming challenge ahead—just one second. Then another. And another. One second at a time, I got through it. It seems ridiculous, but no one can convince me otherwise. Even in your darkest moments, you can be perfect for one second. What about you? Have you ever had a moment where you wanted to quit? What did you do? Drop your story in the comments.

@Josh Stoeltzing Thank you - I agree that seeing your future self and envisioning the path you're on is very helpful in overcoming the obstacles that may pop up.

@Josh Stoeltzing What an amazing Leader and Motivator that chap was to support you all to get to the destination. Congratulations on completing the challenge. It seems that "give me 5 more minutes" was a great mantra for you all.
đŸ”„ What’s Your Excuse? Let’s Smash It! đŸ”„
We all have excuses—the bully inside our heads telling us why we can’t start, why we should wait, or why today just isn’t the right time. "I don’t have enough time." "I’m not ready yet." "I’ll start next week." "It’s too hard." Sound familiar? Here’s the truth: excuses keep you comfortable, but comfort won’t get you to where you want to be. It’s time to call out your excuse, own it, and crush it. Drop yours in the comments below, and let’s hold each other accountable!

Oh absolutely TIME - when I get into the flow of blocking time slots for particular projects then time seems to stretch and yep things get done. I'm definitely improving at this, and yep - there is still a considerable amount of improvement to do. A work in progress for sure.

Hey team, I’m back after the crazy holiday season! This month has been wild—16 events on the calendar—and I can’t believe we’re halfway through January. How’s everyone feeling about 2025 so far? Are you staying focused and aligned with your goals, or is it time to hit reset? If you’re feeling a little off, here’s your chance to shift your energy and refocus. What’s one thing you can do this week to get back on track?
