Woohoo I’m a label master! 👏 the biggest shock for me is the sugars and all the new spy words im learning that mean sugar. I was in the store today looking at baby food and i remember scanning the ingredients looking for them lol.

@Isolde Stewart it makes so much sense by indulging on our “cravings” during our time of the month, we feed the “glitch” , probably in turn making us hungrier and more emotional. Sounds like we need to understand what our body and our “cravings” are truly trying to tell us.

@Isolde Stewart so I had cold cheese in the morning and room temperature cheese in the afternoon and the morning cheese I got a bit tired like I always do after eating and the evening cheese. I didn’t even remember that I had eaten food so I can see how our body doesn’t have to work as hard to have the warm cheese, correct?

@Isolde Stewart that sure is cool! I’m wondering if my body operates similarly when my food is to hot? Does my body need to work to cool it down or does my body just wait for it to cool down?
