@Tracy Hokanson I’ve taken a niece to several therapist & psychiatrist over the years and every one of them have suggested working out as part of her treatment. It really is good for your mental health.
Wacky Wednesday
Happy wacky Wednesday, as my kids used to call it. I am going leave a fun fact about myself and hope you do the same, it has been great getting to know some of you on a different level. Fact: I absolutely hate wooden spoons, or anything that feels like wood.

I’m gonna have to think about this one for a minute 🤔 I’ll ask my girls and get back with y'all
☀️☀️☀️Y’All☀️☀️☀️☀️
My son and I worked all day volunteer in a non air conditioned school. Someone told me I looked like I just showered I was sweating so much. 🤣🤪😆 I don’t glisten. I sweat profusely. How do you all in the south not sweat like that? Do you get use to it? Is there a trick or tip I need? Help a girl out.

I’m right there with you, I will be pouring sweat and people around me not. I figure it just is what it is and just re apply deo (or tallow balm now) and roll with it.

I’ve never added peroxide, always do the baking soda. I’ll look for the recipe in the classroom?
Heartburn
So what do y’all know about heartburn/indigestion? I have been suffering bad lately, so bad I’ve been eating Tums and I know that isn’t ideal but dang it’s painful. Like I know it’s from not enough acid in your stomach but I haven’t seen how to fix that, like what to eat/drink. I want to prevent it not just treat it.
