@Normon Ali Hello to you as well fellow music industry fam! Thank you for the warm welcome! I’m excited to carve out time and listen to your music! May I ask, “How long have you been in the industry and what got you started?”

@Normon Ali My sincere apologies for delay. Hello Normon , and thank you so much for such a thoughtful reply. I really enjoyed reading more about your journey. First, I have to say—I realize it may have been a bit of a loaded question, so I truly appreciate you taking the time to answer it with such depth. As a creative writer, I have learned that sometimes when we shorten things too much, all the important bridge pieces disappear, and then somehow people wonder why the deeper meaning got lost. A little ironic, right? I love how you described those early seeds being planted through hearing John Williams and how that creative knock kept getting louder until you finally made the leap. That resonated with me deeply. There is something powerful about the way certain creative callings stay with us until the time comes to answer them. I also think it is exciting that you are expanding from orchestral into more hybrid-orchestral work as you update your reel. What you shared about being intentional with building your skill set truly hit home for me. My own path has been shaped through poetry, lyrics, songwriting, collaborations, publishing, and creative development, and I have come to understand more and more how important it is to keep growing our hands-on knowledge in this industry. I completely agree with you about mixing and mastering. Even when we are blessed to work with talented engineers and producers, having that knowledge ourselves makes us stronger collaborators and more well-rounded creators. It helps us better protect the vision, communicate clearly, and bring more value to the table. Your message also comes at such a fitting time, because I am currently cleaning out a guest room/attic to create an art and music recording space of my own, so I am very much in a season of building and stretching. I would truly be honored to have you listen to some of my work once I get it gathered into one user-friendly place. I deeply appreciate your patience while I pull it all together in one specific location for easier listening. And if there is a certain genre or theme you especially enjoy, feel free to share it. I may have something that aligns with your interests. I would also genuinely love to hear your work as well.
