Day 5 was all about the “pause” and exploring options. It sounds great in theory but it’s time to put your mind and body to the test. In the comments, list one thing you will do this week that removes you from the old story and patterns. Before you write your response, don’t put anything small. I only accept what would be life changing for you.

Realizing I still need to practice pausing before responding is a wake-up call for me. I thought I’ve mastered this but I guess not. I did notice how my body was reacting at the time. I was very tensed, jaw clinching, and extremely hot. I was so upset I didn’t realize I was yelling. I’m usually the cool calm one but that day idk what happened. @Jeremy Williams help me out with this one?

Omg where do I start lol. Fear has been a loud voice in my head for long time. I'm just now breaking the barrier of fear and criticism, thanks to you @Jeremy Williams. When you spoke on the social media content thing, I was in the same head space! My success is on me. I've been sabotaging myself listening to the voice of fear, the critical voice, and the perfection voice. You could've never gotten me to post a video of me sharing my story before today lol.
