I'm new
Hey everyone, I’m new here. So here’s my short life story 😅: I had breast cancer and went through chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Because of the chemotherapy, I gained weight — I used to be 60 kg, and now I’m 86 kg. Currently, I take a hormonal injection every month (it stopped my period and helps preserve my ovaries), and I also take tamoxifen every day. My height is 173 cm, and I have gained a lot of fat, especially around my belly. I work out three times per week and try to eat healthy, but I’m not sure how to eat properly or how to calculate calories. I’d really appreciate any help or advice 😅

Hello! You are a warrior! I also struggle with counting the calories. I’m terrible at math and for some reason my brain can’t seem to comprehend it all. Fingers crossed we both figure it out some day! I have pcos and other hormonal issues as well! We are all in this together 🥰
