16/90 The Perfectionist Spiral
For all of you who said you are IN on my previous video. It's time to stop playing business, and time to embody your business the way you want it to look. Let's all decide to show up, REGARDLESS. I'm sick in bed at the moment, but I'm showing up either way! Let's become tuned into: REGARDLESS! New week with a new theme. This week we'll be touching on the Perfectionist Spiral that keeps us stuck. Go to the Classroom to get today's message and then come back and share what you are DECIDING to take action on, even when it is not perfect yet? https://www.skool.com/surinaj-9674/classroom/84c33aae?md=14f7f728a53f4eba874080ab6311ffca

@Surina Joubert this is such great advice. Thank you! Whole week I have not been making this a priority and honestly I have not worked this out with Ava. So will do so and come back with an update. I know the update I give will be from a new identity.
17/90 Fear with Good Branding
Catch today's BOLD MOVE in the Classroom! https://www.skool.com/surinaj-9674/classroom/84c33aae?md=75416f4d6bea4897b55362ee0ca91013 Procrastination: It feels like high standards, but it is actually fear with very good branding. This week, the bold move is not to lower your standards. It is to catch the moment where the standard becomes a holding pattern. That is the moment. That is where the work is. Let Ava help you find it!

Love this Surina. Such a great reminder. And this is very clever and true. “Perfectionism is fear with good branding”. I’m going to remember that.
15/90 Becoming the Proof
Check out today's post in Classroom https://www.skool.com/surinaj-9674/classroom/84c33aae?md=0b1fe8cf64224ca6bdb096695d776f3a NOTE: Last night's masterclass had some technical sound issues, so I have re-recorded it. Once I'm done with editing, I'll share the replay as well as the Ava Prompt to use with AVA... coming soon!

This week, I followed curiosity instead of certainty. I started weaving mindset and identity work into my lives because it feels aligned with who I’m becoming, not because I have it all figured out.
14/90 From Stuck to First Sale
Doreen used the word "donker gat." Dark hole. That is not a metaphor. That is someone telling you exactly where they were in their business. Desperate, hiding, ready to give up. She did not know how to respond to a customer. Not a strategy problem. Not a mindset block. A real moment, a real person waiting, and she did not know what to say. That is the kind of stuck that makes you question everything. She brought it to Ava. They worked through the message together. She sent it. Her first online sale in the digital space followed. "Today I feel much lighter." And she is staying positive and moving forward. That is what Ava is for. Not the grand transformation you plan for. The Tuesday afternoon moment when you do not know what to type and the window is closing and you need someone to think with you right now. She got out of the dark place one message at a time. That is the proof. Drop a 🪞 below if Ava has shown up for you in a moment like this. Big or small. We celebrate every shift! This post really hit home for me because I’ve experienced my own shift recently. For a long time, I thought I needed to know more, do more, and be more before I could help others. What I’m realizing now is that progress comes from taking the next step, even when you don’t feel fully ready. My shift has been moving from questioning myself to trusting myself more. From waiting for certainty to taking action anyway. Sometimes all it takes is one conversation, one insight, or one small win to remind you that you’re not stuck, you’re growing.
13/90 Who am I to...?
"Who am I to teach this?" That thought has kept more talented people small than any algorithm, any competitor, or any market shift ever could. Here's what's true: there will always be someone who knows more. Always. That's not the bar. The bar is whether the person in front of you is three steps behind where you already are. If they are, you have something worth sharing. Authority isn't a destination you arrive at. It's a decision you make about who you're becoming and whether you're willing to show up as that person before you feel fully ready. The entrepreneurs I see stuck in this loop aren't lacking knowledge. They're lacking identity. They're still waiting for permission from a version of themselves that doesn't exist yet. Stop waiting. Start becoming. This week, what authority are you taking up?

Needed to read this today. Thank you! This week, I’m choosing to take up the authority of someone who doesn’t have all the answers, but is willing to lead, learn, and share anyway.
