I forgot how to receive… until I let the MUSIC in.
INVITATION to SHARE MUSIC (something fun for us) What’s one creative ritual that brings you back to your center, even when everything else feels noisy? Today, I remembered. I let the handpan rest on my lap. Closed my eyes. And let the vibration carry me back to something I didn’t realize I’d lost the feeling of being held by sound. Not leading. Just… receiving. For months, I was obsessed with building a “perfect” Skool space. I thought I needed a structure, a strategy, a strong identity. But maybe what I really needed…was a space where I could be soft. Where others could come not to follow me, but to simply. That’s what Soul Art is to me now. A sanctuary. A space where showing up is enough.
I forgot how to receive… until I let the MUSIC in.

✨ Day 20: A Small Joy We Often Overlook
I’ve been feeling a quiet shift happening in our space… not a big announcement, but creating something more aligned for us. Like the community itself is asking to grow into something a little deeper, a little more nourishing. Today’s prompt ties into that: What’s a small joy you often overlook? For me, it’s those tiny creative moments, a quick doodle, a colour that pulls me in, a scribble that somehow makes my body relax. I forget how much those little sparks matter… and how they shape the direction of this space. Since this is our community, I’d love your input as we grow and evolve together: ✨ What small joy do you want more of here? Creative play? Connection? Gentle prompts? Idea support? A place to start something meaningful? Your answers help shape where we go next, and what this community becomes.

All of those options sound enticing. Can I choose them all? For a small joy we often overlook, how about our talents? While trying to figure out the next path I want to explore, I came across some advice that really helped: To look towards what you do without effort; those talents that we don’t even realize are skills anymore because there is no toil, no strife, just flow. We can celebrate those gifts and maybe even use them as a compass in following our hearts. ❤️
What Colour Would You Give Sexuality?
During yesterday's Sip & Spark, we explored something really beautiful and thought-provoking… and I’d love to bring that same energy into the community. We asked: 💫 If sexuality had a color what colour would you give it? Not just in a sensual way, but in the deeper meaning-making way… The colour of connection, romance, intimacy, desire, self-trust, love, expression, and that quiet spark inside that makes us feel alive. Is it a soft blush pink? A bold crimson? A shimmering gold? A deep indigo that feels like mystery and truth? Or something entirely your own? There’s no right answer, only your truth in this moment. Share your colour below, and if you feel inspired, tell us why. What does that colour represent about sexuality, intimacy, or love…in your body, in your heart, or in your story? Let’s explore this together gently, curiously, and creatively. Your voice adds to the palette. 🎨 (Sorry I couldn't pass up how cheesy that joke was) Here is a picture of me. It reminds me of my old colours, RED & BLACK. I felt they incorporated sexy, romantic, powerful, and so much more.

✨ A Big Milestone for US ✨
I just had my very first published interview, and my heart is so full. For years, I’ve carried this dream of sharing my message beyond my workshop walls, into the world, into more hearts, into the hands of people who need it. This article feels like a doorway opening. A moment of being seen, heard, and supported in what I’m here to do: use creativity as a "tool" or "medicine", build community, and help others remember their spark. Thank you for being here with me. Thank you for witnessing this chapter unfold. If you’d like to read the article, here it is 💛 https://boldjourney.com/meet-jenny-landis/

Congratulations Jenny! The vision you have for Art Alchemy and related projects is so beautiful and the passion you have for them comes through so clearly in the interview. The light and love you’re bringing to the world is inspiring and so very needed. I’m glad to have met you and would be honoured to support your endeavours however I can. 💕
