Monday marked the end of the 21-Day Reset for those who started with the group. I had planned to post earlier, but my little boy has been unwell and weโve spent a bit of time in hospital this week. Needless to say sleep has been a little scarce. But I didnโt want the moment to pass without saying well done to everyone who showed up for the 21 days. ๐ The reset is intentionally simple, but thatโs the whole point.
