Live Breathing Sessions
Hey everyone ๐Ÿ‘‹ First up, I know it's been quiet in here lately. Life has been full (baby number two is almost here!) but I'm back and I've got some good things coming for this community. One of the first things I want to bring in is regular live breathing sessions. Group breathwork, together, in real time. Before I lock in the schedule I want to hear from you. When does it actually work for your life? 7 Days of Gratitude (community challenge)
This is our very first 7-Day Challenge inside the community, and we start Monday. Iโ€™d love to have as many of you involved as possible. The formula is simple: Breath + Gratitude + Intention. Find a quiet, comfortable position and begin by bringing some rhythm to your breathing, slow, gentle, and controlled. Think L.E.S.S. Once you feel calm, bring to mind one thing youโ€™re truly grateful for in that moment. Stay with the breath and let that feeling resonate through your body. This can take 2 minutes or 20, itโ€™s completely up to you. When youโ€™re done, set a clear intention for your day ahead. If youโ€™re in, drop a comment below and letโ€™s keep each other accountable over the 7 days ๐Ÿค

A Slightly Delayed Post
Monday marked the end of the 21-Day Reset for those who started with the group. I had planned to post earlier, but my little boy has been unwell and weโ€™ve spent a bit of time in hospital this week. Needless to say sleep has been a little scarce. But I didnโ€™t want the moment to pass without saying well done to everyone who showed up for the 21 days. ๐Ÿ‘ The reset is intentionally simple, but thatโ€™s the whole point. Small practices, repeated daily, can make a big difference over time. If you completed it, or even just engaged with parts of it, Iโ€™d love to hear from you. What did you notice over the 21 days? โ€ข Better sleep? โ€ข Feeling a little calmer? โ€ข More awareness of your breathing? โ€ข More time outside or grounded?
