I’m looking for 5-7 operators with a proven track to partner with over the next 18 months. I’ll provide the capital for your deal in exchange for a GP equity stake / preferential terms. Weekly update: $25K NH invoices, and launched the new business website. CHECK IT OUT!! Maisonbath.ca. Excited to use this as another income stream and continue my systems building around it. Looking to hire an onsite PM I think once a steady flow of 3 jobs at a time comes in. 12 convos RE 2 analyzed REI 1 BUILD convo and foundation of stat deck complete, now adding in the investor questions and making the brochure for door knocking. Stoked to keep on trucking!

2-4 more doors in my area with $400/door of income. And look at adding another city to my search and possible investment thesis.

Rental Tool
Here is a tool I use to gage rental rates in Vancouver, but they spread across Canada. Every month they send out the rental rates in every area you pick and tell you a very detailed break down of the areas rental price per/foot and how much they rent for. I got this email today and took a snapshot for a summery of 2024 rentals increase. Looks like Alberta is seeing some huge rental investment! Website: https://liv.rent
