Who needs funding?

I’m looking for 5-7 operators with a proven track to partner with over the next 18 months. I’ll provide the capital for your deal in exchange for a GP equity stake / preferential terms. Preference is for larger commercial deals with a solid team.

I am not a mortgage broker or lender. Funds are sourced from my investor network.
