Recently recovered from an ATFL ligament tear and ankle sprain. Slowly getting back into things. This was filmed after a long practice but I am looking for technical cues with my standing throw that might help me improve both short and long term.

High Jump
Still getting used to High Jump, I am a Decathlete and unfortunately I’ve been unable to come out for a lot of high jump training as of late so I am trying to get back into it post exams. Any advice, suggestions or tips to improve this form? Especially on getting more height on the drive, I know I have it in me but technique wise I am not there yet.
